Refund policy
We comply with Australia's Competition and Consumers Commission Repair, Replace, Refund Customer Guarantee
An item may be returned if it is faulty or not fit for purpose. We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at weavewithliz@hotmail.com. You are responsible for the return postage. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We will send an email confirming receipt of your returned item.
We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund once it has been inspected by the maker.

Damages and issues
If your ordered item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us immediately at weavewithliz@hotmail.com
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned eg custom products, such as special orders unless they are faulty. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want, is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Each item sold is a unique item, and a replacement item will be similar but not exactly the same as the original item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. The return postage will also be refunded if the item has been deemed faulty. Please keep your postage receipts.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Partial Refunds may be granted if applicable where the item is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts ( which is not our error)
